Job Summary
This position is an Americas Regional Marketing/Product Manager for Dental Implants on the America’s team and will collaborate cross-functionally across all dental portfolios with a focus on product and marketing strategy to enable the salesforce to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifies market trends, marketing needs and competitive environment for Implants of North America product marketing and sales personnel to initiate, develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Manages the full life cycle of the product portfolio segment, developing and executing overall marketing programs and strategic direction for the portfolio segment, which support and meet business and departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute launch plans for new products to include forecasting product demand, establishing pricing, defining product positioning, organizing a rollout plan, conduct training, and developing marketing collateral.
- Act as a cross functional team member between multiple internal and external groups such as sales, marketing, regulatory, finance, operations, global product management counterparts, executive management, events, and education
- Collaborate and understand market dynamics and competitive activity to build product and marketing strategy for Dental Implants Solutions.
- Own marketing initiatives and/or segment of the portfolio. Responsible for cultivating strategy at the segment level. Provide cohesion between brand strategies for the segment. Ensures execution of key strategies for the segment.
- Support Americas marketing efforts including Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Advertising, Creative Strategy, Promotions related to Implant portfolio
- Conduct sales and market research activities to analyze and identify key insight to promote and position features/benefits to salesforce and customers for Implants products
- Develop marketing tools supporting clinicians with patient education.
- Coordinate and direct advertising and promotional programs while evaluating overall effectiveness.
- Support event strategy, planning, coordination and execution for national events and tradeshows.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to market needs.
- Ability to lead a team, influence others.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in managing multi-task projects
- Ability to handle increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Actively participates in assigned project teams. Acquires product information through market research and regional input to assure projects meet the needs of the intended markets
- Directs the development and ongoing maintenance of relationships with customers and consultants utilized to evaluate, and educate on company products.
- Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience. Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
- Minimum six (6) years of product management, marketing or sales experience. Dental experience is preferred.
- Experience working with marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience managing various sized exhibits
