Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with an agriculture/construction equipment dealership in Kerens, TX on their search for a Controller.

They're a family-owned dealership with 2 locations, have a team of 22 people, small town values, and really enjoy giving back to their community. They started in 2018 and have grown to $22M in sales with a goal of being at $50M+ by 2029.

We're looking for someone who can help get this company to the next level. We need someone who values being treated like family, can challenge the owner, and is driven to grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $130k (negotiable for more)
• Medical, dental & vision insurance (75% paid by employer)
• 401k with a 2% match
• 3 weeks of PTO
• 1 day/week working from home

What You Get To Do:

• Overall management of the accounting and finance processes
• Implement improved processes, policies and procedures
• Month-end, recurring and accrual journal entries
• Accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Assist with company budget
• Monthly reconciliations
• Manage payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years experience of being a Controller
• CPA is a major plus
