With a focus on excellence in service and selection, they are looking for a passionate Territory Sales Manager to join their team and help drive growth across key markets.

Position Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client’s market share in Pennsylvania and upstate New York. This role requires a self-motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a knack for building strong relationships with clients. You will meet with independent retailers to educate them on product offerings, pricing, and the unique value propositions that set our client apart from competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel across the assigned territory (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Buffalo, and Rochester) to meet with clients and drive sales.
  • Educate and support retailers in selling our client’s products, emphasizing performance, safety, and design.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify and open new business opportunities, expanding the client base and product categories.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in consumer product sales; experience in the window industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively demonstrate product value.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, with up to 40-50% travel required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Regional Sales Director.
  • A competitive attitude with a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $70,000 + commission incentives
  • Benefits package includes 401k match, life insurance, STD/LTD, mileage reimbursement, a health savings account, 2 weeks PTO, and holidays.
