Project Manager

Leading Path is looking for several project managers for a client based in the Denver Tech Center. The positions are hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day remote and we are targeting a start date in November.

The candidate we're looking for will have{{{{:}}}}

• 1-4 years of enterprise technology project-based team experience
• Experience in telecommunications and/or the cable industry
• Strong user of MS Office and Lucidchart
• Experience with Jira required (Sharewell, ServiceNow, Remedy is an option as well.)
• Demonstrated process documentation skills such as flow charts, swim lane diagrams, sequence diagrams and data flow diagrams
• Exceptional people skills. Comfortable driving and working with a diverse group of people and serve as arbitrators when conflicts arise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues related to the process and technology
• Understands that things move and change quickly and adapts to a fluid work environment
• The ability to look ahead and prepare for upcoming scheduled events, understands tasks needed to perform, and manages performance
• Detail-oriented ability to analyze problems, probe facts and question assumptions using fact-based decision-making. Strong logical and analytic skills
• Experience preparing documentation and status reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred Experience includes{{{{:}}}}

• DOCSIS experience is preferred
• Previous experience with the development and/or deployment of cable/telecom backbone, regional and access HFC and fiber networks preferred
• Exposure to the following network concepts and network components is preferred{{{{:}}}} network routing, network switching, routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs, ATAs, pluggable optics
• . JQL experience is preferred.

Compensation for this position will range from $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and may include other incentives.
