Key Responsibilities:
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Provide mentorship on preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
- Proactively address potential equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of Gas Chromatography and Molecular Spectroscopy.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agilent products is a plus but not required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state region.
