We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the planning, designing and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Lead, organize, and attend all Industry related food shows and events
  • Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Support customer and internal education around the industry, trends, and concept/applications that are relevant to each segment
  • Provide quarterly updates/highlights of marketing campaigns, advertising and PR to sales and the rest of the organization.
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Learn and build new tools to engage customers to generate leads.
  • Assist with organizing promotional or PR events
  • Develop and Design packaging and advertising ads/materials
  • Work with content teams to guide and develop compelling content for digital and social campaigns for strong brand messaging.
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
  • Some customer facing with sales

Requirements and Skills

  • 3 to 5 years’ work experience in marketing with similar role
  • Knowledge of Marketing through digital tools and techniques
  • Solid computer skills, MS Suite, Web Analytics, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/ illustrator, and Google AdWords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and goal-oriented attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field

Other Qualifications

  • Some travel is required
