WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Manager Software Engineering you will guide a team of developers in delivering integrated technology solutions, leveraging their technical expertise in CRM platforms, particularly D365 and Salesforce. You will be responsible for the software development lifecycle across the Sales platforms within the ITS organization, ensuring solutions align with Sales business processes and broader enterprise integration from Marketing to Financials. This role also includes HR management tasks, such as performance reviews, to support team development and organizational objectives.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Implement CRM solutions for Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations, aligning with customer business outcomes, providing demos, and drafting work statements with estimations
- Integrate Dynamics apps with Mobility, Outlook, Marketing Automation (e.g., Hubspot), and third-party apps, using microservices and RESTful APIs for effective bidirectional integration
- Lead development with Agile methodologies, manage team workloads with JIRA, and improve team performance using metrics within a SAFe framework
- Ensure operational excellence by proactively monitoring platform health, preventing outages, and embracing a leadership role in DevOps culture and solution architecture
- Understand and address business needs while directing a Software Engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Cultivate a DevOps culture with an agile approach to software development and operations, enhancing team collaboration and efficiency
- Manage team members to ensure effective operation and delivery of committed work items, including leading planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos
- Maintain effective working relationships with business and technical staff in various environments, managing direct reports and fostering team growth
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sales platforms such as CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred) and software development management
- 5+ years of software development experience (PHP, .NET, C# preferred)
- Hands on Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Logic Apps, and Dataverse/CDS
- Strong Leadership in data migration, business analysis, and process transformation
- Proficient in managing product releases and system updates with minimal downtime
- Hands on experience with peripheral technologies such as SQL, SRSS, and application frameworks
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, leading teams toward self-organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate and interact across all business levels
