About the Job:
We are seeking a SAP ERP Functional Consultant to lead efforts in the S/4HANA upgrade. You will collaborate with agency executives, IT teams, and vendors to provide technical support, ensure seamless integration, and drive project deliverables. Your role will be crucial in analyzing system requirements, developing functional specs, and maintaining project timelines to modernize critical state-wide systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise on SAP CRM, ECC, and S/4HANA, supporting the system upgrade.
  • Analyze requirements, develop functional specs, and assess system changes' impact on cost and resources.
  • Resolve system support requests, conduct root cause analysis, and manage application issues.
  • Plan and execute major software updates and integrations, ensuring smooth batch processing.
  • Prepare reports, lead meetings, and document project progress for clear stakeholder communication.
  • Mentor staff and provide knowledge transfer on system upgrades and SAP functionalities.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and proper access management.

Must-Have:
  • 3+ years with SAP CRM, ECC, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA upgrades or similar projects.
  • Strong skills in system design, requirements development, and testing.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with FDOR CAMS and child support systems.
  • SAP S/4HANA certifications and ECC expertise.
  • Full SDLC knowledge, from analysis to maintenance.
