We are inviting applications for the role of a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Workday - Data Migration, located in Seattle, Washington. This role is within the Information Technology industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our HR system implementation project, primarily focusing on business requirements, data mapping, testing, and training material support.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret customer business needs, translating them into technical and business requirements.
Evaluate and reconcile conflicting information gathered from multiple sources.
Function as the bridge between the customer community, users, business teams, and technical teams to establish business and technical vision.
Conduct a critical analysis of trade-offs between complexity, usability, and performance needs.
Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and contribute to the testing phase of a project by supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) team in various testing activities.
Assist in the development of training plans and conducting training.
Develop and deliver end-user documentation, quick guides, training materials, and communication media.
Serve as a liaison between Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, and project teams.
Leverage strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.
Assist in the collection and interpretation of business data, assessing for trends, patterns, and correlations. Possess over 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position
Expertise in Data Migration is a must
Proficiency in creating User Stories and Workflows
Strong skills in Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis
Familiarity with Workday HRIS, Workday Payroll, Workday Integration, Workday Recruiting, and Workday HCM
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
