Description

We are searching for an Executive Support Analyst to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests from the executive team, ensuring proactive and responsive service, while also working closely with other IT professionals. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the single point of contact for all technology-related issues and requests from the executive team.
Provide in-person technical support for the C-Level Executive Team.
Ensure support for all critical meetings, including Quarterly Earnings Calls, Executive Leadership Team meetings, and Board meetings.
Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Prepare and document devices for legal hold for data retention.
Maintain positive relationships with executives and provide training as needed.
Collaborate with network and infrastructure technicians and systems administrators for efficient computing and network environment operation.
Document IT-related procedures and processes.
Develop solutions and manage multiple tasks independently and with the team.
Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors and respond promptly to incoming calls or emails regarding hardware or software problems.
Assist in managing inventory of components and equipment and handle all equipment appropriately.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Executive Support Analyst or related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development.
Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies.
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies.
Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware.
Experience with Dell Technologies.
Proficiency in Active Directory.
Experience with Apple Devices.
Proficient with Backup Technologies.
Familiar with Configuration Management.
Experience working with Windows 11.
Knowledge of Windows Intune.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
