SUMMARY:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing and entering data for supplier and customer invoices. This individual will review, match and process supplier invoices for multiple companies. This individual must be able to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately and work well under tight deadlines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Processes supplier invoices – po related and non-po
- Ensures correct approval, coding and matching of invoices/receipts. Identifies discrepancies and resolves prior to processing
- Scans documentation into MFiles software
- Reconciles supplier statements
- Processes agent commission invoices
- Assists with other finance data entry tasks
- Participates with projects as required
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree is preferred
- Familiar with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel)
- Minimum one year experience with data entry, in a professional office environment
- Professional communication skills to effectively communicate interdepartmentally
- Good math and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- The normal work environment is typical of a business office
- The incumbent is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear
- The incumbent may be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- While performing the regular duties of the position, the incumbent may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and possible exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The incumbent must be able to wear safety equipment and follow safety instructions.
