Pay Range
$84,029 - $156,054 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
- Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Architect networking solutions for the Class II environment and products.
- Manage and plan the network setup and configuration for internal and remote sites.
- Assist in configuring network equipment for a successful product implementation.
- Troubleshoot network issues encountered at local and remote sites.
- Identify and resolve operational problems and make necessary recommendations and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization and capacity planning.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Resolve problems related to network equipment, server and client system failures and routing issues involving MSP networks.
- Provides 24-hour support to Aristocrat Service Center Support Staff, field technicians, and customers.
- Responsible for maintaining Class II Operations and Class II Equipment operational 24/7
- Works closely with field personnel and customers during the installation of company products to address problems and provide excellent customer service.
- Provides ad-hoc technical training to Aristocrat Service Center and Field Service team members on network infrastructure hardware and applications either verbally or by written communication.
- Manages the technical process of new installations and upgrades of the network infrastructure at ATI Class II primary, ATI Class II Secondary, and customer remote locations.
- Manage, plan, and design the setup and configuration of all Class II customer sites.
- Plan, Implement and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Independently configures, prepares, and tests Aristocrat Server center network infrastructure equipment and associated third-party applications/equipment.
- Maintains and verifies data integrity of the Class II domain infrastructure system and all customer sites.
- Identify and resolve operational problems and make necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems.
- Analyze data trends.
- Reproduces issues in test and lab environments.
- Works with gaming regulators when necessary to ensure the proper operation of all Class II products.
- Identifies and reports potential Class II network infrastructure issues to D&D
- Document and update in-house knowledge database for Class II networking issues, configuration changes and infrastructure layout.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or its equivalent.
- Cisco Certified Network Administration (CCNA), or its equivalent 7+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a related technical service and support role. Casino operations experience a plus.
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)
- Experience with setup and administration of Palo Alto firewalls with a deep understanding of PanOS and Panorama policy management preferred
- Experience with Cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and require little direction.
- Must be able to act as team leader and redirect workflow appropriately.
- Proven customer relation skills.
- Must be able to obtain gaming license in all jurisdictions that have Aristocrat Class II products
- Must have strong analytical, problem identification and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.
- Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/workstation and respond to written and oral cues.
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment.
- May be required to bend, reach, and lift up-to 50 lbs
