Right now we are working with a boutique IT consulting company based in San Francisco. This company provides end-to-end IT consulting services (managed IT support, cloud, security and data security) to small and medium sized businesses in the Bay Area.
This company has been in business for over 15 years with about 25 people on staff. They are extremely proud of their company culture and work/life balance they provide. This company provides a safe space to IT candidates who wish to advance their careers both personally and professionally.
Qualifications
This is a permanent, full time position. The Technical Alignment Engineer is a full time field tech position where you'll be on client sites daily, checking in and making sure their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Communication and customer service skills are absolutely paramount to this position as it is a face-to-face role.
There is certainly room to retain and advance technical skills and abilities at a Tier 2/Tier 3 level. You will provide high level troubleshooting and admin capabilities as well as pitch in on projects for the existing customer base.
Required skills and background:
Salary for this position goes up to $95,000 and is based on experience. Benefits are comprehensive.

- Previous MSP experience/IT consulting experience
- Tier 2/Tier 3 IT support experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to be on site daily (this is not a hybrid or work-from-home position)
