JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting into one of our Digital Supply Chain Leads, you will join a team that has been executing major transformation initiatives and critical projects for our clients. The Argano Digital Supply Chain practice helps organizations achieve best in class Source to Pay capability using the SAP Ariba solution suite. We implement end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes that deliver improved spend management through the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Engagement or Project Manager to review the high-level plans developed during the sales process to build the detailed workplans and the inventory of required deliverables needed to deliver the required outcomes for our clients.
2. Leverage the SAP Activate and our own LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings while building the required plan which uniquely fits the client situation.
3. Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors.
4. Work with Argano's clients to lead the implementation of end-to-end Ariba solutions.
5. Manage and deliver client blueprint and design sessions to create seamless solutions within a client's SAP Ariba environment.
6. Lead / Guide client in matching process requirements to specific functionality in SAP Ariba.
7. Utilize SAP Ariba capabilities & concepts to develop optimal solutions for clients.
8. Consult clients on their effective usage of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and adjacent systems where relevant to SAP Ariba implementations.
9. Be prepared to work across one or more projects (at one or more clients).
10. Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Digital Supply Chain methodologies, tools, and capabilities, especially in the SAP Ariba space.
11. Lead/champion a specific set of SAP Ariba leading practice capabilities, teaching & training the rest of our community of practice how to best deploy when needed.
12. Assist in proposal development and RFP responses where required.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

1. Supply Chain Management or IT degree and/or 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing Source to Pay processes and solutions.

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay and/or Supply Chain Collaboration solutions.
2. At least 5 years of experience SAP Ariba Networks
3. At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
4. Demonstrated abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader of digital transformation around source to pay using cloud technology
5. Demonstrated ability of configuring and implementing Ariba Cloud applications such as Buying and Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing, Commerce automation and supply chain collaboration
6. Solid understanding of procurement processes in SAP ECC/S4
