Primary Responsibilities
- SharePoint Application development life cycle planning, architecture, construction, implementation, packaging, and deployment.
- Create and evolve best practices, standards and guidelines for the architecting, management, and utilization of SharePoint solutions.
- Build and manage web parts, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, data, and security.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint out of the box apps or collaborative tools to include lists, document/form libraries, discussion boards, survey's calendars, ribbons, workflows, etc.
- Provide SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Troubleshooting and resolve SharePoint issues, such as broken links, missing pages etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
- Technical background and experience in SharePoint development.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
- Experience in SharePoint framework, building, developing, and administrating sites.
- IT architecture, infrastructure, security, cloud development skills.
- Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, Client-Side Object Model (CSOM), and Server-Side Object Model (SSOM).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end development and responsive design.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure/EntraID.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and PowerShell scripting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and implement changes based on business needs and processes.
- Nice to have: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
