What You'll Do:
Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy,
integrity, and security.
Coordinate intake of client databases and partner source files
Perform quality control assessments throughout multiple data processing, cleansing and
enrichment processes.
Develop and maintain data mapping logic, identify new data sets and audience gaps
Monitor processes to ensure compliance with data regulations, policies, and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new data requirements
Design and implement data validation and verification procedures to ensure data accuracy and
reliability.
Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and
data lineage.
Analyze data management systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and
implement appropriate solutions.
Provide technical support and expertise to end-users regarding data management tools and
systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and recommend
innovative approaches to improve data management processes.
What You'll Bring:
University degree.
2-3 years of related experience preferred.
Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think
creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution.
Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Be detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the
ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Extensive knowledge of data preparation procedures and requirements
Ability to work within multiple database query platforms and adapt to changing
technologies
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Experience of campaign selection tools together with strong project management, SQL, and
Excel skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
