JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Eagle Point Software plays a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual experienced in event organization, content creation, partner marketing, and project management. The role will involve close collaboration with internal and external marketing teams and other departments to drive brand visibility and business growth. Performance will be evaluated based on campaign effectiveness and contribution to KPIs such as lead generation, brand awareness, digital engagement, event participation, partner marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

Tradeshows and Events Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for trade shows, webinars, and other industry events. Plan, schedule, and manage webinars, including content development, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up, analysis, and reporting.

Associations, Groups, and Sponsorships Manage relationships with industry associations and groups, ensuring Eagle Point Software's active participation in events and sponsorship opportunities. Identify and coordinate sponsorships aligned with marketing objectives.

Partner Marketing Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing campaigns and content that drive mutual brand awareness and business growth.

Public Relations Assist with press releases, media outreach, and maintaining relationships with key industry publications to enhance brand visibility.

Content Creation and Writing Develop and edit content across various channels (blog posts, social media, email, product literature.) Experience in SEO and digital content strategies is a plus.

Operations and Project Management Manage day-to-day marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns run efficiently. Monitor and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing coordination or a similar role, with experience in event management, content creation, communications, marketing operations, or PR.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Experience With Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and Adobe Suite (Intermediate)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
