JOB DESCRIPTION

As an IT Support Technician at Abstrakt Marketing Group, you will provide day-to-day IT support for our users and systems. Most of the work in this role is analogous to tier 1 desktop support or slightly higher, with room and potential to grow and advance in your responsibilities. Amidst normal ticketing, you will also be assigned weekly project work such as preparing equipment, accounts, and services for new users, updating digital signage, and other similar initiatives. This role is also be responsible for keeping track of equipment and license inventory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tier 1 desktop and service ticketing support (On-site and Limited Remote)
  • Responsible for Handling All New User Technology Onboarding
  • Equipment and License Inventory
  • Documentation of, and Adherence to, Technical Processes and Procedures
  • Basic Maintenance of User Facing Systems
  • Assist in System Implementation/Upgrade/Maintenance Projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate s degree or higher IT-related degree (Networking Systems, Computer Science, etc.), relevant IT Certification, or 1+ year experience.
  • Basic Desktop support and Debugging Skills and Knowledge
  • Basic Networking Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication/Customer Service Skills
  • Flexibility and Willingness to Learn
  • Ability to Work Non-Business Hours (Infrequent)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or Similar
  • While not required, let us know if you have basic knowledge or certification in the following areas:
