Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced, inspired and mission-driven Senior Fleet Maintenance Systems Analyst to join our growing team!
The Senior Fleet Maintenance Systems Analyst will support and maintain the core fleet maintenance system, which is the heart of our business. This role will be responsible for data integrity within the system, proper usage of the software, training operational teams, and driving change through multiple enhancement projects. The role will be responsible for maintaining appropriate component codes (in line with ATA standards), SRT values, customer pricing and markups on parts and labor, and ensuring the accuracy of customer invoicing.
In this role, you will be the technical support responsible for the development, evolution, and implementation of the fleet maintenance system for the entire company. This role has a very high impact to the company!
Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create & establish policies, strategies & programs to ensure data accuracy & usage of the fleet maintenance system
- Support the day to day operational use of the field technicians
- Develop and define the master data required for the system including ATA codes, SRT values, VIN data
- Conduct data analysis and collaborate with the analytics teams to develop reports
- Perform problem resolution and incident management
- Work with the repair order quality group to ensure that all repair orders have high quality data
- Perform system configuration
- Conduct periodic training for the proper use of the system
- Work with the software vendor to develop software enhancement requests
- Participate in software testing for patches, upgrades and other system enhancements
- Provide off-hours support periodically
- Architect solutions to meet business needs
- Utilize third-party resources and cross functional teams to establish and maintain formal documentation of the system
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the fleet maintenance system (TMW) as well as VMRS, ATA codes.
- Leads Business Requirements sessions to create clear & concise documentation that defines' business requirements, any identified software gaps, and Trimble's proposed future solution design.
- Provides guidance, recommendation and best practices in the setup, configuration and validation of any future state solution and ensure assimilation to end users.
- Identifies gaps between client requirements and core Trimble software functionality
Key Competencies and Minimum Education
- A Bachelor of Sciences Degree required with a focus in Business or Technology; an MBA is preferred.
- 7-10 years of business systems analysis, data management, and systems support.
- Experience with fleet maintenance & transportation management systems, preferably Trimble TMW.
- Strong SQL knoweldge
- Knowledge of VMRS and ATA codes are a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office preferred, especially Teams, Project and Sharepoint.
- Systems and technical aptitude to understand how data is structured.
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple activities.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to process and structure qualitative and quantitative data in a way that can be shared with others to help facilitate informed business decision making.
- Ability to work with the software vendor for problem resolution
- Skilled at active listening, written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with peers and providing leadership or guidance as needed.
