Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer you will be responsible for the successful implementation and support of network solutions across various technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, ISE, DDoS mitigation, and more. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our network systems.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll provide advanced support to Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for escalated network issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • You'll develop comprehensive network design specifications and architecture plans that meet business needs and industry standards.
  • You'll Install, configure, and deploy network solutions for various projects and technological enhancements.
  • You will handle complex IP routing and protocols, including IPsec, DNS, VoIP, QoS, and MPLS, to ensure optimal network performance.
  • You will maintain patch levels and configuration management using automation tools and product-specific software.
  • You will operate multivendor environments working with routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies in a multivendor setting-such as Cisco, F5, Ivanti, Aruba, ISE, and DNA Center.

What You'll Need:

  • To thrive in this role, you will need extensive proven experience in network design and hands-on support of enterprise IP networks.
  • You have a strong understanding of compliance rules to keep systems secure by resolving vulnerabilities and documenting false positives.
  • You have Agile Methodology Experience, familiar with working in environments driven by Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • You are proficient technically with a deep understanding of business unit networks and device configurations.
  • Your proficient in scripting languages like Ansible, Python, and PowerShell for automation tasks.
