  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance
The selected candidate will work within U.S. Government classified environments, requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency. This role may involve tasks designated exclusively for U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. A current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph is mandatory.


Key Qualifications:
  • Skilled in problem analysis and act as a technical expert for complex deployments, providing top-level crisis management.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical project management.
  • Proficient in presenting technical concepts to various audiences, particularly to senior management at Cisco and client organizations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and diagnose complex networking issues.
  • Build and test simulated networks to troubleshoot compatibility problems.
  • Collaborate with Virtual Teams on project tasks.
  • Conduct ad hoc knowledge transfers regarding systems and products.
  • Aid in the creation of standard project documentation, including test plans.
  • Support the generation of network configurations from Low-Level Designs.
  • Assist in project execution, including network staging, implementation, and handover processes.
  • Help with network upgrade and migration activities.
  • Guide the customer in deploying medium-complexity tools and Network Management Systems.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, with a CCNP or CCNA in Enterprise.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SD-WAN, SD-Access, Catalyst Center, DNA Center, and large-scale network design, deployment, and maintenance.
  • CCNP certification required; CCIE is highly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess DoD TS, be SCI eligible, and able to pass a CI Polygraph.
  • Adaptability to diverse customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
