Technical Analyst - Salesforce Admin
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in user story mapping sessions with product owners.
  • Detail stories for team refinement sessions.
  • Ensure shared understanding among Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Quality Engineers.
  • Deliver low-code/no-code stories using Salesforce Admin skills.
  • Collaborate with developers to confirm assumptions and test code.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce and nCino releases.
  • Apply lean and agile principles for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in IT Business Analyst, Technical Support, or System Administration roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in Fit-Gap Analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in User Story Mapping.
  • Strong team and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to achieve sprint goals.
  • Proactive with a passion for learning.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Admin, ITIL/IT Service Management, Lean and Agile methodologies.
IT Analyst - Salesforce Developer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and operate Salesforce and nCino.
  • Write scalable code (Apex, SOQL, T-SQL, JavaScript).
  • Work with Salesforce UI designs (Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Pair program and review code.
  • Use Test Driven Development and collaborate with Quality Engineers.
  • Work with source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Engage with product owners and team members.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce and nCino releases.
  • Apply lean and agile principles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of programming experience (JavaScript, Java, Apex, T-SQL, SOQL, Bash).
  • Working knowledge of source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID Design Principles.
  • Knowledge of Data Integration Patterns and Domain Driven Design.
  • 1+ years of experience with integrations (API, Data Loads).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to achieve sprint goals.
  • Proactive with a passion for learning.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Developer, ITIL/IT Service Management, Lean and Agile methodologies.
