As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events that leave a lasting impression on attendees and clients. Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from budget planning and venue selection to event logistics and post-event evaluations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for the event, and ensure that they are met within the given budget and timeline
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment, to provide the best services and value for the event
  • Work with marketing and design teams to develop event themes, branding, and promotional materials
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Coordinate event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and security personnel, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of the event
  • Create contingency plans and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback from attendees and clients



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with clients, vendors, and team members
