Location: Racine, WI
Job Type: Temp to Permanent

Salary Range upon conversion: $80-85K

Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Data Management Systems & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory and data management efforts within a cross-functional environment. You will work closely with teams such as IT/BPT and other departments to optimize and maintain data-driven tools essential for regulatory compliance and new product development. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis to support regulatory compliance and new product development (NPD) decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data tools and solutions that enhance regulatory support, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business needs and convert them into actionable insights.
  • Manage the maintenance and improvement of existing data systems, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  • Handle system access management, ensuring periodic reviews and user validation.
  • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues by collaborating with IT and external developers.
  • Develop and update training materials as new tools and system enhancements are rolled out.

Required Skills:

Bachelor s Degree in a Technical field.

At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Management and Reporting Systems.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Apps.

Knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) and regulatory processes.

Experience in project management and metrics analysis.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Change management experience and the ability to work independently with a focus on results.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across teams and levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Full-time, on-site in Racine, WI, with remote work available one day per week.

Core business hours: 9 am 3 pm.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Rate: $40-50/hour
