Job Description

As the Clinical Laboratory Scientist Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-complexity diagnostic lab, ensuring compliance with CLIA/CAP standards and managing workflow and staff scheduling. Your role includes supervising high-complexity testing, training personnel, managing laboratory resources, and troubleshooting complex issues to maintain test accuracy and reliability. You will also participate in quality assurance initiatives, conduct audits, and update procedures in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Education & Certifications:
A Bachelor or Master of Science Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory
Science or related fields Required
California State license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) - Required
Experience with molecular testing and next-generation sequencing Highly Desired
Previous experience working in Research & Development Highly Desired
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and automated liquid handling systems
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
