Our client develops specialized and advanced technologies that provide more efficient solutions for a variety of applications in industries such as mining and drilling. Our client is not reviewing out of state applicants unless you are in the process of relocating to the Albuquerque area.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer in Albuquerque, NM. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced product designs, utilizing mechanical engineering and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. The role involves working on innovative projects for various industries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years' experience in an engineering role or related experience
Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
Proficiency in Solidworks
Product Design expertise
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in the mining or oil/gas industry is a plus
OTHER:
1. Contract to hire is anticipated, which could be anytime after 120 days.
2. Pay is based on experience and other qualifications: $30 - $60 per hour
3. Background check and drug testing are required.
