  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect Location: 100% Remote Short term contract


Responsibilities:
Guide in the architecture and design of a new Salesforce Experience Cloud portal for B2B customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
Provide technical expertise and support for Experience Cloud projects, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Mentor junior team members on Experience Cloud functionalities.

Skillset:
Strong in the Experience Cloud area (web portals) in Salesforce who can assist us in developing and implementing our digital experience strategy (customer portal). Rough summary of qualifications:
(1) Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and how it is most effectively leveraged with minimal code. This includes knowledge of related Experience Cloud features such as Commerce Cloud.
(2) Experience in implementing multiple Experience Cloud portals.
(3) Does not need to be a UI/UX expert but will need to work with our UI/UX team to make sure Experience Cloud implementation generally conforms to UI/UX guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and components.
Experience in implementing Experience Cloud portals for several other companies, preferably those that are B2B as opposed to B2C.
Proficiency in Experience Builder, Salesforce CMS, and other related tools.
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
