Overview: The Risk/Audit Administrator will play a key role in supporting the risk management and audit functions within the organization. This position involves creating comprehensive presentations for executive-level teams, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication of risk-related insights and audit findings.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Presentation Development:



    • Create and design high-quality executive-level presentations that effectively communicate risk assessments, audit results, and strategic recommendations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for presentations.




  • Documentation Management:



    • Maintain and organize documentation related to risk assessments and audit activities.

    • Develop templates and guidelines to streamline the creation of presentations and reports.




  • Data Analysis and Reporting:



    • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Track and report on key risk indicators and audit findings to ensure timely communication to stakeholders.




  • Collaboration and Support:



    • Work closely with the Risk and Audit teams to support organizational initiatives and projects.

    • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine presentation content.




  • Process Improvement:



    • Identify opportunities for improving risk management and audit processes.

    • Support the implementation of best practices and tools for risk reporting and documentation.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in risk management, audit, or a related area.

  • Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi) and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in a corporate risk or audit function.

  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and audit standards.

  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
