As the SEO and Landing Page Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our company s digital presence by managing SEO strategies, creating effective landing pages, and optimizing content for better user engagement. You ll work closely with IT, Marketing, and design teams to ensure our digital content is optimized for search engines and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage technical SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Create, manage, and optimize landing pages to increase user engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor website performance, resolve technical issues, and manage SEO tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and forms to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Work with the Marketing Technology team to integrate web content with Salesforce and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage on-site SEO strategies, including content optimization, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop off-site SEO strategies to boost website authority and rankings.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing tools.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CMS-related tasks and best practices.
  • Manage and deploy web tracking (Google Analytics, ad platform tracking) for internal and external campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content management, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress) and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and their integration with marketing platforms.
  • Experience with landing page platforms and Low Code/No-Code form tools (e.g., Formstack).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, content optimization techniques, and web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
