Erie Home is looking for a highly skilled analytics practitioner to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. This position will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data in support of enterprise initiatives aimed at improving business processes and optimizing the customer experience. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into existing workflows that will advance business strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or related role, preferably in a B2C setting.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI) with a strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in web analytics through tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with best practices for digital attribution and incrementality measurement.
  • Solid understanding of statistical measures, probability theory, machine learning techniques, and experience applying them in a business context.
  • Familiarity with CRM fundamentals.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
  • Lead data-driven projects from inception to completion, including structured and unstructured data collection, cleansing, transformation, and visualization.
  • Leverage and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems related to performance marketing, sales forecasting, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis and automation.
  • Proactively analyze digital metrics, including website unique visitors, email clicks, paid media click-thru-rate, social engagements, and revenue, to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, risks and anomalies.
  • Orchestrate and advance A/B testing framework; conduct experiments to measure efficacy.
  • Partner with business intelligence team to maintain and expand reporting solutions for monitoring key metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to enable quick adjustments in response to market changes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously enhancing our analytical capabilities and tools.
