  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Associate

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO TITLE: Salsify Sales Analyst

SCOPE OF POSITION

Under the direction of the Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a portion of Lenox’s digital catalog by adding and updating Lenox’s product content/images/copy/etc. in support of the Sales Analyst & Sales Team.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for a portion of Lenox’s digital catalog by adding Lenox’s Products to assigned online accounts & marketplaces to support E-Commerce initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management

  • Add products to assigned accounts by completing new item setups.
  • Add product images to assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Analyst to coordinate product syndication.
  • Audit product data for accuracy before submission to assigned accounts.
  • Report & communicate any data/image outages to Sales Analyst.
  • Audit & update existing product page content for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate estimated completion time for tasks.
  • Record and track tasks in Project Tracker.
  • Product content & image updates in our eternal system.

Cross-Functional Teams

  • Partner with Sales Analyst & Creative Team to plan for New Product launches.
  • Work with the Sales Analyst & Product Development Team regarding new product launches prior to market.
  • Ensure the copy has been written and received by the Copywriter.
  • Ensure all attributes have been input and the images are ready to upload.
  • Work with the Sales Analyst regarding new product distribution eligibility.
  • Finalize the timing for new product submissions for ecommerce sites.
  • Partner with Sales Team to manage digital catalog updates by retailers and establish prioritization tracker to meet timely deadlines.

MUST REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with E-Commerce Content
  • Experience with E-Commerce online retailers and/or E-Commerce Platforms
  • Experience with managing and updating product content/data to online retailer
  • Experience with using PIM and DAM database programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter who takes initiative and is a fast leaner
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, collaborative and able to work independently
