At Indicon, we specialize in developing and implementing advanced PC and PLC-based control systems for a wide range of industries. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Testing Team in Reading, PA. This role offers the chance to grow within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

What youll be doing:

  • Functionally testing manual and automated AC chamber boxes following established SOPs.
  • Evaluating electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and NFPA-70E standards.
  • Utilizing multimeters and measurement tools to troubleshoot electrical wiring to the component level.
  • Documenting data and system information in spreadsheets and forms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to solve complex problems.
  • After receiving training, youll also be responsible for capturing and analyzing thermal data, creating reports for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience with electrical schematics and troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills for solving complex problems.
  • Ability to follow testing procedures and accurately document findings.
  • U.S. work authorization (Green Card or U.S. Citizenship).
