Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Accounting Technician for our client in San Jose CA 95118. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Accounting Technician
Location: San Jose CA 95118
Duration: 10/28/2024 to 06/30/2025
Work Schedule: Full Time 960 hours per fiscal year

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Job Duties

  • Review timesheets and timesheet adjustments for the upcoming pay period.
  • Enter transactions and correct data errors in the Infor Payroll system.
  • Process garnishment, stipend, and union dues.
  • Process retro, promotion and special assignment pay.
  • Assist in the formatting of the bank ACH file using Infor MHC.
  • Respond to payroll questions from Valley Water staff.
  • Perform filing and archiving of payroll backup documentation.
