We have a 6 12+ month contract with potential for contract to Permanent position open for a Project Manager who has a background in Search Technologies like Fusion (or others), Deep Learning, ML, or AI, to be part of the Professional Services organization to help lead digital transformation for some of the world's biggest retailers, Financial services firms, manufacturers, and B2B commerce organizations. Being part of a team delivering Deep Learning technology captures user behavior and utilizes machine learning to connect people with the products, content, and information they need.

About the Role

The Professional Services team is looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in small teams to deliver solutions that delight clients and customers alike. We value expertise in ecommerce and/or enterprise search project management, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients at all levels of the organization. Our project managers are responsible for driving the delivery of our projects from requirements gathering to launch alongside our Search Architects and Consultants.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and teams concurrently, including status reports
• Actively oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery of Professional Services
• Support implementation delivery documentation
• Help develop risk mitigation and escalation plans when necessary
• Facilitate standups and other meetings as required for the project s success
• Work with internal teams to develop project estimates, proposals, and staf?ng requirements
