RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Workday Phase 2 Testing Resource to join their team onsite Tuesday-Thursdays.

Summary:
We need someone very experienced with Workday HCM testing scenarios, to review our 1500+ scenarios and begin to map out how we will test end to end cross-functionally. This resource will work with each of our HCM workstreams to determine which tests need to be conducted in P2 and the timing of them as well as the order in which each functional area should test along with -reservations- for employee data so that employees and their data in the system are used efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Test scenarios were very basic so they have rewritten 1500 test scenarios for P1 end to end testing
* Cross functional testing for onboarding, payroll, etc.
* Help prioritize and coordinate the testing scenarios throughout the buildout and transformation
* Testing in workday
* Data validation
* Coordinating and handling end to end testing on workday

REQUIREMENTS:
* Expertise in Workday HCM testing, configuration and data mapping required with strong knowledge of all HCM functional areas (Talent, Core, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, Learning, etc.)
* PeopleSoft experience is extremely helpful since that is our current system
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
