Job Description:

The Provider Operations Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily activities related to new initiatives and ongoing projects within the Provider Operations division. The focus areas include Project Management, Communications, Training, and Healthy Opportunities (PM/Comm/Training/HO). This position requires collaboration with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation, monitoring, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex issues, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and expand new program initiatives.
  • Oversee new initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring that timelines are maintained, schedules are met, and effective communication is maintained to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Manage the accuracy and development of provider communications to ensure stakeholders and vendors are updated with relevant information.
  • Work cross-functionally with Provider Operations teams and other divisions within DHB, as well as with the Fiscal Agent, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assess, analyze, and establish processes to ensure accurate provider participation, preventing enrollment of fraudulent entities or non-participating providers.
  • Oversee and monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts through the design and application of appropriate tools, protocols, and forms.
