We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our team and support our direct client in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Financials ERP modules and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

It is a Long Term Hybrid Project at Long Island City, NY (3 days Oniste)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with project team members and clients.
  • Provide administrative support for project activities, such as document management and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a PMO role or similar function.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials ERP modules.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
