Endpoint Infrastructure/Networking Business Analyst

1) 5+ years of business analyst experience, specifically IT endpoint management, including hardware, configuration, and lifecycle management.
2) Understanding of endpoint configuration tools, management systems (GPO, MDM, etc.), and thin client management.
4) Experience with managing SharePoint sites and documentation libraries.
Technical Skills:
Hardware Management:
Deep understanding of endpoint hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, thin clients) including cataloging, procurement, and lifecycle management.
Experience in developing and managing hardware-related policies and knowledgebase documentation.
Configuration Management:
Expertise in managing device configurations, including power policies, wallpaper, group policies (GPO), and browser settings.
Knowledge of configuration management best practices, including intake, review processes, and version control for drivers and BIOS.
Auditing and compliance experience in configuration management.
Software Testing and Deployment:
Experience managing patch testing and deployment for hardware and software updates.
Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and other configuration deployment tools.
Governance and Documentation:
Strong knowledge of IT governance, particularly around hardware and configuration management.
Experience developing comprehensive documentation and maintaining an organized knowledgebase on platforms like SharePoint.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking hardware lifecycle, configuration updates, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration issues effectively and efficiently.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise policies and documentation.
Collaboration: Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT support, and compliance teams.
Additional Requirements:
Works closely with Program Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood
Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned
Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood
Facilitates requirement and solution options conversations with Technology Teams
Elicits and documents functional and technical requirements
Facilitates backlog grooming and prioritization
Facilitates identifying and documents: dependencies, solution decisions, and security and privacy recommendations
Aligns with program manager and business owner on delivery scope and sequencing recommendations
Actively seek gaps in processes, communicating these areas of opportunity in a positive and constructive attitude
