We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the System Engineer and Super CAM for the F-16/FA-50 Programs. Our team is responsible for incorporating design requirements into our test procedures, thoroughly testing the F-16 Avionics Hardware and Software together, and supporting F-16 Flight Testing all to ensure the end user/customer gets a bug-free product as possible.
What You Will Be Doing
As the System Engineer and Super CAM, you will ensure metrics like Schedule Forecast Accuracy/Current Execution Index, Baseline Execution Index, Contract Performance Reports are understood and can be articulated clearly.
Your responsibilities will include demonstrating experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to:
Performing cost and schedule variance analysis
Developing monthly estimate to complete assessments
Risk/opportunity impacts; implement scope changes; and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.
Support of onsite events/meetings will be required on occasion.
Some shift work (2nd / 3rd) is required to support program and lab schedules.
You will need to be a , and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Engineering discipline preferred)
Control Account Manager (CAM) / Earned Value Management Experience (EVM).
Excellent technical and communications skills (verbal & written) are required.

Experience working with aircraft & lab electrical wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in data analysis, problem identification/isolation, and troubleshooting.
Physically able to access aircraft cockpit test fixtures and conduct lab testing for typical 6 hour test shifts.
Must be willing and able to conform with flight line dress code and FOD requirements.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
