We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 FICO Process.
Owner to join our ERP Implementation team for a critical role supporting the
deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. The successful candidate will play a key role in
ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes during the
transition to SAP S/4, with a focus on data validation, testing support,
documentation, and training.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Validation:

• Perform data
  validation during mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go Live to ensure
  the integrity and accuracy of financial data.

• Collaborate with
  cross-functional teams to address discrepancies and ensure smooth data
  migration.
• Training

Assistance:

• Review training
  materials related to the SAP S/4 FICO module, ensuring clarity and
  alignment with the new processes.

• Provide
  instruction and support to end users and business stakeholders during
  training sessions, ensuring their understanding of the new system.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
  in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or similar role, with specific
  experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations preferred.

• Strong
  understanding of SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts
  Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and
  Controlling (CO).

• Experience with
  data migration and validation in ERP projects.

• Knowledge of ERP
  testing methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in test case
  creation and execution.

• Excellent
  documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes
  in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong
  problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Previous
  experience in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly within the
  finance and accounting domains.

• Familiarity with
  SAP testing tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, or others.

• Experience in
  delivering user training and support during Go Live.
