CACI has an opening for an Expert-level Network Targeting Analysts at the Army's National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) as part of Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) Program.

You will be responsible for ensuring that contract targeting analysts are proficiently and accurately developing target packages and network analysis to identify targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements, researching and analyzing to exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and all source intelligence databases to support target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.

You will have expert level knowledge of the intelligence cycle, F3EAD and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks as well as an understanding of the targeting process, enterprise, and analytical tradecraft will ensure analytical products will provide decision makers the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations.

You will be responsible for proliferating a detailed understanding of the tradecraft amongst senior, mid, and junior level analysts and directly supporting the professional development of all team members. This position will also provide input into weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract deliverable requirements and serve as the functional, deputy, or team lead as necessary.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience with intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks.
  • Expert Level: 16+ years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.-Associates Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 10 years), however a Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree is highly desired.
  • Formal Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent.
  • An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
  • Use the Intelligence Cycle, F3EAD and other structured analytical methodologies to conduct target research and discovery, target development and target exploitation of human-based networks.
  • Familiarity with ICD standards for intelligence production and the ability to prepare target support products.
  • Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop emerging tradecraft trends and review new tools, techniques, and procedures specific to network analysis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interface directly with customers, including senior leadership, and be capable of building relationships, identify the need for support, and recommend production opportunities based on those needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all Product Acceptance Standards (PAS) and be able to review production to ensure all related production meets government "GO" standards.
  • Demonstrate superior understanding of the tradecraft needed to perform functions specific to LCAT.
  • Demonstrate the ability to compile metrics and develop reports for government deliverables and records, respond to customer data calls and meet all metric related output expectations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify critical issues and develop innovative solutions to address them within the teams that have associates LCAT.
  • Must complete independent study of intelligence community's Analytic Integrity Standards and Directives (ICD 203, 206, and 208, DIA/NGIC writing style guides, Army Techniques Publication of Intelligence Analysis [ATP 2-33.4], Production Acceptance Standards [PAS]/Product Review Guide [PRG]) and develop /maintain/refine contract quality control methods.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop comprehensive SOPs for Branch-level tasking.
  • Supports OCONUS mission requirements by ensuring seamless integration of team efforts with operational priorities.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of OCONUS customer Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), ensuring that the team's analytical production is aligned with these needs.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing OCONUS deployment rosters, including overseeing rotations and adhering to CACI and I2AS-specific requirements such as location coding, uplift lines, and OAG guidance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Expert-level understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams, pattern of life (POL) analysis.
  • Experience with analytical tools and databases to including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Trident, Lucky, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, DataXplorer, PROTON, HYDRA, Babel Street, SKOPE Tools, and CHIMERA
  • A valid United States Passport and remain qualified to travel OCONUS.
  • Able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000
