Job Summary
As a Packer at Central Moloney, you will play a crucial role in collecting and packing Component products to Company and customer specifications. This position will be training Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm and moving to 3rd shift (Friday - Sunday 5:00 am -5:30 pm) starting November 1st.

Job Summary
As a Packer at Central Moloney, you will play a crucial role in collecting and packing Component products to Company and customer specifications. This position will be training Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm and moving to 3rd shift (Friday - Sunday 5:00 am -5:30 pm) starting November 1st.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting drawings, backlog reports and packing instructions.
- Identifying packaged boxes or crates with personal identification as specified by the Company.
- Labeling packages and/or crates to specifications.
- Stage customer shipments and attach shipping labels, bills of laden, and all export documents.
- Inspect personal packing work to ensure quality.
- Manage finished goods inventory.
- Generate bar code labels and reverse stock entries.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Collect parts and pack parts for shipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packing and shipping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- 1 year’s previous experience in packaging or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or related role preferred.
- This is a full-time position with $17 per hour starting pay.
- We are targeting shift hiring for Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, the shift is subject to change per business needs.
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear the required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
