Terms of Employment:

  • W2 Contract, 12 months
  • This position is hybrid with Tuesday - Thursday being in office.
  • The office is located in OakBrook Terrace, IL.
  • The PMA will occasionally conduct site visits.

Overview:

  • Our client is seeking a Project Management Assistant (PMA) to analyze and document business processes and requirements for projects within an organization. Responsibilities may include:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
  • Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
  • Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
  • Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
  • Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
  • Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Construction, and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Previous experience as a PMA.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Accounts payable background.
  • Proficient in AS8, Excel, PowerBi, and WPT.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Possess a valid driver s license and vehicle to conduct occasional site visits.
  • Team player, go-getter, and problem solver.
