responsibilities:



  • Product Strategy and Vision:


    • Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the Data Product Hub.
    • Promote data democratization to ensure accessibility and usability for all users.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data management and product development.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Work with cross-functional teams (Insights Delivery, Business Intelligence, Data Science, DevOps) and key data users across various departments (Digital, Customer, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Store Operations) to identify their data needs and challenges.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to align and support data initiatives.

  • Product Development:


    • Oversee the development and enhancement of the Data Product Hub to meet user needs and align with our client's strategic goals, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Data Governance and Security:


    • Collaborate with data governance and security teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security.
    • Create policies and best practices for metadata management, data usage, and sharing.

  • User Education and Enablement:


    • Lead initiatives to enhance data literacy through training programs and self-service tools.
    • Advocate for user-friendly interfaces and experiences to improve data accessibility.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of data democratization efforts.
    • Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
