  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CGS is hiring for a QA Lead to help with testing for 2 enterprise level projects.

Responsibilities

  • Need a seasoned testing professional able to work remotely and drive the project forward through the testing phase.
  • Technical skills needed include ServiceNow, Jira - setting up test plans and test cases (including Zephyr plug ins) and SmartBear for automation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Proven experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Proficiency in using SmartBear tools for test automation.
  • Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
