Job Description:
Must-have skills: 7+ years - Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts/Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets/JSP, and JPA/Hibernate); 3+y exp. with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularJS, NodeJS, React, and JQuery); 5+ y of exp Oracle, PL/SQL (DML and DDL)

Requirements:
Availability to work 100% on Client s site in Tallahassee, FL;
Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts/Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets/JSP, and JPA/Hibernate);
Experience with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularyJS, NodeJS, React, and JQuery);
Experience developing and maintaining Oracle databases, including the capability to write complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects, both DML and DDL;
Experience performing in the capacity as a fullstack developer;
Experience with responsive design frameworks;
Experience using code repositories;
Experience using continuous integration tools;
Experience write technical, business, and plain language documents and/or emails, with great attention to detail in all written communications
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide maintenance, enhancement and support for a variety of the agency s business applications;
Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications;
Research and document requirements of program users;
Writing, translating and coding software programs and applications per specifications;
Assisting in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines;
Working with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems;
Providing mentoring and guidance to junior programmers.
