We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer and help us manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and services to ensure peak performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Continuously monitor system performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement, possibility of issues and implementing solutions.
Partner with development teams and product teams to address cloud-related issues, providing technical support and guidance.
Assist in establishing cloud security protocols, managing access controls, and addressing network-level requirements and concerns.
Administer internal DNS records (Active Directory and Route53), ensuring timely updates based on user requests and operational needs.
Ensure the stability and availability of cloud platforms through regular monitoring and proactive incident management.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents, serving as a key point of contact for escalations.
Own cloud platform issues, collaborating with AWS Enterprise Support to secure resolutions, root cause analyses, and permanent fixes.
Stay informed on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.
Provide support to application teams, ensuring adherence to cloud compliance standards and best practices.
Deliver real-time support during critical client events, such as new product introductions, ensuring seamless operations.
Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule, addressing urgent issues as they arise.
Manage primary support for container technologies, including Kubernetes, facilitating deployment and management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lead Cloud Engineer, managing large-scale production environments in AWS and Azure.
In-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure services, along with best practices for cloud architecture and deployment
Understanding of Google Cloud Platform and its services, with the ability to integrate them as needed.
Strong grasp of networking concepts, cloud security principles, and DNS management.
Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience in managing production Kubernetes clusters is a significant plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
Strong individual contributor as well as a team player, who thrives in collaborative environments, demonstrating ownership and accountability for tasks.
Familiarity with automation tools and a mindset geared towards process improvement will be advantageous
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical approach.
A customer-focused approach to problem resolution, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
Certifications on public cloud (eg:- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) will be advantageous
