We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding IT services practice in the USA. This role is critical in managing and growing relationships with our existing large enterprise customers while driving the acquisition of new vendor ship accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Regularly meet with clients to review service delivery, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire vendor ship accounts within the USA.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.

Customer Success:

  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of service quality.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and customer feedback.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account plans.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
