  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance System Administrator to support our Concur platform and occasionally the Oracle platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining and updating the accounting system for the entire accounting department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance system administration, with a strong understanding of Concur functionalities. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, maintaining system configurations, creating and maintaining financial reports, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Additionally, this position serves as the direct backup to the Financial System Administrator II.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance system administration, specifically with Concur.
  • Advanced Expense Configuration Certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle platform is a plus.
  • Three plus years of combined experience in accounting and/or MIS, including one year as an administrator of a financial system.
  • Working knowledge of Spread Sheet Server, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Systems, systems, and KRONOS Dimensions, or comparable ERP systems.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas.
  • Must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment.
  • Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting.
  • Must be able to lift to 10 pounds.
