This role is a key member of the Global Technology Model Governance team that provides critical support to the team in supporting internal business controls and reporting routines horizontally across Global Technology. The Risk Governance Program Manager will assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout projects' timelines; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications.

Job Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of professional work experience preferably in technology risk and/or controls experience in the banking/financial services industry
- 5-10 year of program management
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
- Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- QA/Testing with technology related experience
